Refund/Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. With that in mind, we strive to be as fair as possible while also honoring the commitment required to operate high-quality guided experiences. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per person is required to secure your reservation.
• Deposits must be received within 30 days of booking to hold your spot.
• While deposits are non-refundable, they may be transferred one time to a future trip, either later in the same season or the following season; rebooking is subject to availability.

Final Payments

• Final payment is due 90 days prior to your scheduled reservation.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

If you need to cancel after final payment, the following refund schedule applies:

• Up to 60 days prior to trip: Full refund of payment less the deposit
• 60 to 14 days prior: 50% refund of payment less the deposit
• Within 14 days of trip or after scheduled arrival: No refunds available
