Refund/Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. With that in mind, we strive to be as fair as possible while also honouring the commitment required to operate high-quality guided experiences. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking. We strongly encourage our guests to obtain travel cancellation insurance.

Payment Schedule

A $1,000 per person non-refundable deposit is required within 14 days of booking to secure your reservation.

• 50% of the remaining balance is due no less than 180 days before the reservation.
• Final balance is due no less than 90 days before the reservation.

For reservations made within 180 days of the reservation:

• A $1,000 per person non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
• 50% of the remaining trip cost is due within 14 days of booking.
• Final balance is due no less than 90 days prior to the reservation.

For reservations made within 90 days of the reservation:

• A $1,000 per person non-refundable deposit is required at booking
• 100% of the remaining trip cost is due within 14 days of booking

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

Refund eligibility is based on the date the written cancellation is received:

• More than 180 days before reservation: 100% of the total trip cost, less the deposit, will be refunded.
• Between 180 and 90 days before the reservation: 50% of the total trip cost, less the deposit, will be refunded.
• Less than 90 days before the reservation: No refunds can be issued.
• Your deposit of $1,000 per person may still be transferred once (to the same or following season, depending on availability). New dates must be chosen within 30 days of cancellation.

Important Notes

• Refunds outside of this schedule cannot be offered due to the logistics and limited availability of our remote lodge.
• Once a trip has begun, no refunds are provided for unused services.
• We strongly encourage guests to consider travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies. Please see our Rates & Details for a list of recommended agencies.
